For custom orders, the commission is paid once the custom order is completed and the final payment is processed. Custom orders are processed through [email protected] and a credit will be manually applied to your account once the custom order is completed and the final payment has been processed. Cash payouts are made via bank transfer. Paypal is available for international payouts. Payouts are processed every 90 days. Cancellations: If an order placed through an affiliate is canceled within 90 days, the commission for that order will also be canceled.

Terms and Conditions for the True Artist Program1. Introduction

Welcome to the True Artist Program offered by Veritas Custom Guitars. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Program. By applying to and participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Program, you must:

Have intermediate or advanced guitar skills.
Maintain an active online presence with strong social media engagement.
Preferably use Veritas guitars as your primary instrument.

3. Application Process

Applicants must complete the application questionnaire on the registration page and submit it. The Company will review applications and select participants at its sole discretion. Selected participants will be notified via email.

4. True Artist Obligations

As a True Artist, you agree to:

Promote Veritas Custom Guitars through your social media channels and other platforms.
Create and share content that highlights Veritas guitars.
Represent Veritas Custom Guitars with integrity and adhere to the Company's ethics and standards.
Regularly engage with your audience to drive traffic and sales to Veritas Custom Guitars.
Maintain the authenticity of your Veritas guitar in all marketing and promotional content. While you are free to modify your guitar for personal use, any modifications that alter the original Veritas design—including aftermarket pickups, hardware, or other third-party components—should not be promoted or marketed as part of your True Artist content. True Artists are expected to represent Veritas guitars in their original form when showcasing them in official content.

5. Commission Structure

True Artists can earn commissions based on the sales they generate, with the following options:

Custom Guitar Sales: 5% cash or 8% store credit towards purchasing a custom guitar.
Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed every 90 days.
Discounts for True Artists: True Artists receive 15% off a custom build.

6. Payment Terms

Payment Conditions:

Commissions are credited to your account only after the full payment has been received for a sale.
"Available Now" Guitars: Commission is credited once the sale is completed, and full payment has been received. These sales must be made through our website using your True Artist link or code at checkout.
Custom Orders: Commission is credited after the custom order is completed and final payment is processed. Custom orders must be placed through [email protected], and commissions will be manually applied once the final payment has been received.

Payment Methods:

Cash Payouts: Processed via PayPal.
Store Credit Payouts: Applied directly to your Veritas Custom Guitars account and held until you are ready to use them towards a custom build.

Store Credit Policy:

Use It or Lose It: Store credit is only valid while you are an active True Artist. If you are approved for another year, any unused store credit will carry over to the next term.
If you do not reapply or are not approved for another year, any remaining store credit expires and will not be redeemable.

Commission Conversion:

You may switch your commission from cash to store credit, but the value remains the same.
Store credit cannot be converted back into cash.

Cancellations:

If an order placed through a True Artist is canceled within 90 days, the commission for that order will also be canceled.

7. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created by True Artists as part of the Program shall remain the property of the True Artist. However, the Company reserves the right to use, share, and promote this content on its website and social media channels.

9. Confidentiality

True Artists must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information provided by the Company, including but not limited to marketing strategies, promotional materials, and sales data.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Veritas Custom Guitars operates.
